Electric air lock
The DSQ type electric air-locking device is suitable for use at the discharge ports of ash remover, air preheater, economizer and other equipment in thermal power plants or in dry ash conveying pipelines for air-locking and uniform feeding. It can also be used in pneumatic conveying systems in chemical plants, cement plants, grain and other sectors. Its main structure consists of a shell, rotor assembly, transmission mechanism, cycloidal pinwheel reducer, electric motor, etc. The main components of its products - the shell - are all processed and manufactured with rare earth wear-resistant steel, fundamentally solving the defect of the overall product not being wear-resistant, greatly increasing the service life, which is 3 to 5 times longer than that of the original similar products. Our company has also developed bearing type, cone type, inclined plate type and ball type air lockers for users to choose from.
